Avoid fraudulent websites

Avoid the fraudulent websites at all costs!

Why do we discuss this? This is happening now that we enabled a feature that made any individual who created a website, could be partnered with us... as long as they followed a certain criterion. The release of those websites increased by much, and some citizens took advantage to upload fraudulent websites for others to fall into.

How to know if the website is hold/owned by us?

• It will always contain a "Hegismton" tag in the front page. This can be replicated though by anyone, so do not fully trust this step.

• We will announce in our front page that website that is part from us, you can also check the official websites hold/owned by us in Discord.

• It will have the "Seal of the country" in place, it tells that only the WDC partnered with specialized federal government agents would place such seal if it is valid.

  • Found in the bottom right of the website, or in the section "about us" of each website, if any.

• You can always ask the DivOC about which websites are valid and which are not.

What is our defense against this behavior, and what is our definition against this?
We take these behaviors seriously, even involving the HBI to help stop these unethical behaviors and place a punishment to those individuals. Fraud is serious, and we do not tolerate it: The service who's displayed is not offered to the buyer, is not allowed.
